Shirline Wilson founded Convergent Strategic Consulting to help organizations and coalitions turn shared commitments into coordinated action that survives leadership transitions, political headwinds, and the long middle of real change.

Over a decade of senior leadership across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors — including operational and strategy roles at Microsoft, Intellectual Ventures, and Cypress Consulting — has shaped her work at the intersection of high-stakes change, multi-stakeholder accountability, and the people carrying the weight. She has guided complex initiatives from vision through implementation, aligning diverse interests around shared outcomes.

Her practice integrates emotional intelligence, leadership theory, and attachment-informed coaching to help leaders identify their core needs, set boundaries, strengthen relational confidence, and lead with authenticity.
