Dr. Lauren Van Koughnett serves as Associate Partner at Convergent, where she leads program architecture and facilitation for leader-development cohorts and organizational-change engagements.

Over 15 years in organizational change, higher-education leadership, and cross-sector partnerships, she specializes in designing leader-development programs that strengthen emotional intelligence, sharpen decision-making, improve workplace culture, and reduce turnover. Her experience spans universities, state agencies, nonprofits, and corporate executive teams; she has led statewide programs serving 190,000+ participants, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and guided organizational transformations that align human-centered leadership with measurable business outcomes.
